So, you need to do some thorough research and make a connection between their strengths and your qualifications. That is, it is not enough to say the fact that UPS is the world’s largest package delivery company. You should pull out some interesting facts about them.

HR Interview Summary:
The interview began with general questions such as “Please introduce yourself” and “How did you hear about us?”
Afterward, the HR representative explained that the next steps would involve a discussion with the hiring manager. If they decide to proceed with my application, I will receive an email invitation for the second round of interviews.
