All virtual and completely streamlined through the website portal. This includes the entire application, onboarding and scheduling of orientation so a traditional interview is not even conducted. I wish more companies conducted high volume hiring this way.

If understood the job requirements and needed accommodations.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
