It was really a very simple process in which we discussed my qualifications and then I was hired on the spot. I was shocked that it was this fast of a process.

What was something that posed difficulty for you at one of your previous jobs and how did you handle it, why do you want to work here, how do you think you can change UPS for the better
Okay wasn't too difficult of a process to secure the interview but wasn't given the job in the end but I decided that was okay and moved on elsewhere why do I need to write more words.
They reached out for an interview via indeed and then when I responded they stopped responding. I told them my availibilty to interview and offeed some dates and times but did not hear back

I was unable to get in touch after my intial response
Met with the owner, very personable
asked availability and for my customer service approach, hired the next week. was able to work the following week, onboarding was digital and was a great personable interview overall
