Called me and had me come in. Walked me through the place and explained what I would be doing. Didn't ask very many questions, and the questions were very simple. Very pleasant experience, easy interview. Needed my SSN to do a background check, got back with me within 5 days and gave me an offer.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
