You start of as a package handler than get asked if you want to get promoted or ask if you can be promoted, you go through the promotion process for like a month then you're in a pool of qualified people whom want to become a pt supervisor. But it's up to you.. The harder you work the more they notice.

It was a typical interview. I got asked a lot of question about what I would do in this situation and tell me about a time when questions. Its mainly trying to see can you be an effective management person.

Was an overall great experience . Challenging questions were asked. The part time exam was worthy. It is a role that helps you gain experience. You should be detail oriented. It is a fast pace working environment. The logistics are fundamental.
You have to take a game based assessment and do a digital interview . It was all done online from my laptop computer. It took me about 2 hours to complete the entire thing
