It was simple, you show up and review a copy of the job description and ask any questions you may have. They reviewed the job description letter with the group. Then we had a 3-5 minute personal interview.

Asked if we were aware that it was part time seasonal work. Asked if we had any questions on the job description.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
