Interviewed in front of team of 3 people, each representing different departments in the office. . Only one was a manager in the department I was applying for. Detailed questions about previous sales positions, sales successes and disappointments with examples. Prospecting experience not required but, want to know details if you did. Do you know about value based proposals? What techniques have you employed? They conducted a fairly easy role play of customer interaction. We were able to listen to examples of current Inside Sales reps and get an idea of their talk tracks. Interview concluded with basic knowlege and reasoning assesment.

I wasn't prepared for the role play, but handled it fairly easily.
I filled out the application online. Then received the email about a week later to schedule the for the interview with a hiring manager. Interviewed within 2 weeks via Zoom.
Panel interview with a supervisor and HR. Very basic questions. Be professional and have good questions to ask, and you should be fine. You'll be surprised with some of the people they let through the interview process if you make it through the other side.

Describe a challenge you had to overcome while working with a team.
The Interview was pretty basic, they asked me about my previous experience on sales. They are not looking for you to be an expert but at least some experience. They also asked me about my education.
