Entrevista
There is no interview process. If you apply, you'll be hired because that's how badly they need people because new employees usually don't last that long.
Package Handler is a part-time, ON-CALL position, but they will NOT tell you that. They outright lie to new applicants because if they said it's on-call, no one would apply.

The only thing they keep asking you is if you are able to start work at 1 or 2:00 AM.
You will leave the interview confused and really not sure if they hired you or not.
Everything is vague at UPS.
They really don't tell you anything.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
