I applied and it took me about four months to be called back. The interview is easy, why do you want to work for UPS, where do you see yourself in 5 years, what do you plan to do with your future, what have you done in your past...
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
