Standard interview with complete overview/tour of facility, only seemed interested in early morning shift people but said they were hiring for both (morning and night shift). Also said they would get back but never did - and provided no contact information for follow up.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
