Very basic. They'll hire almost anyone, no drug testing. Always hiring, no matter what time of year. First, you take a tour of the facility with a group. Then you schedule at date and time for the interview. During it, one person directly interviewed me while another employee sat in the room and observed/made notes. Got a call a few days later offering me the position
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
