A tour is scheduled. After that they take everyone in and talk to them individually, a second interview is scheduled.
After the second interview, a group presentation of what to expect of the job is scheduled. Finally, I was called in to do training.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
