Took 1 week before i got an interview,interview was your average and easy interview. asked simple questions and got offered the job on the spot. HR people were the ones to interview me and took me on a tour of the facility.
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
