the interview process was very easy, you go in go on a tour of the facitlity and they pretty much offer anyone a job cause we are always hiring. you just decide if you will be able to handle the position once you have finished the tour
Setup an appointment with the interviewer. Interviewed with a large group of applicants. They took us on a tour of the building during one of the shifts. It gave us an idea the job consists of and what we would be doing.
There was no interview at all. You are automatically hired and put to work within 20 mins of your first day. You have 30 working days to see and prove if you are fit for the job.
