Applied online. Received a phone call to come in and interview a few days later. The interview was pretty informal. I was asked very few questions - they mostly pertained to marketing research and my experience dealing with Access and databases (or lack thereof).

Entrevista
I had a 1 hour scheduled phone interview with the director of the team who then told me to come back for an in person interview with the person that I would be working under directly. The process went really smooth and the environment was extremely comfortable and made me less nervous. A few days later I got called with an offer!
