I had a really good conversation with Head of TA where I could feel excitement for the company and the role. I was progressed to first stage with the hiring manager. Interview felt quite formal and not as free flowing as I would have expected for this level. Second interview was very thorough, would’ve expected that to be first stage. I was then ghosted for a week. I’m glad I accepted another offer otherwise I would have been left with nothing. Not a great experience when you’ve invested time and money - going to interview f2f. Avoid.
