The interview was based mainly off your past experience. The supervisors went through each of the company’s core values and asked you to relate them to your professional experience. They also wanted to know how you would I corporate these values into your day to day work if hired.
Interview with supervisor (in person), peer interview with Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, and rehab aide (this was completed virtually). They ask a set of pre determined questions - these are clinically related / related to working generally in healthcare

Amazing interview! I would recommend interviewing with this company. They are very nice and allow you to ask great questions. I felt comfortable and allowed to share my personality with the interviewer.
