The company contacted me in the begining of February for an interview. The first interview was February 5th, with the Hiring Manager and the HR Manager. I did not hear anything for two and a half weeks, then I get another phone call to meet with the President of the King of Prussia, PA headquarters on Feb. 26th. After not hearing anything for 2 weeks, I get a phone call from HR on March 16th, stating that they couldn't hire me until the new fiscal year, (April 1st) and that they want me to come in and see my work performance with their software, they wanted me to do this for only 2 to 3 weeks, and also requested that I came in the next day. At the time I was working part time and I did mentioned it to them in the interview, everyone that I interview with knew I worked part time for another business, so I gave them my schedule and the time that I was able to work. My part time job required me to do some traveling, and one day I arrived late to the job, do to a hold up at the previous job. I called 45 minutes in advance letting them know that I was going to be late. When it was time to make a decision the Hiring Manager said that he did not want to hire me because I came late that one time, and this was an evaluation and because on being late that day I was not going to be hired. My job performance was not taken into consideration, my accomodation for 3 weeks was not taken into consideration, I never got my paychecks on time, and never did they communicated with me their expectations.
