The interview involved a technical assessment then followed up by a competency based assessment. The technical assessment was a set of questions to evaluate my expertise in the area of work. I was given one hour to complete it. The competency I interview basically involved giving examples from my previous employments of how I displayed different qualities that UNOPS is interested in.
