It took 3+ weeks, I applied online. One week later I got an email with phone interview date. There were 3 interviewers, Sr. business Analyst, Associate Controller and HR Manager. The interview consisted of 19 Questions. They were just questions, no conversation. most of the questions were about Why UNLV, what do you know about UNLV, Why do you think you are a good fit, .... Only 2 technical questions, like what are the steps you would follow to upgrade a system. 2 weeks later they contacted me to come to campus for on-site interview. The only at this point asked if I'm legally authorized to work in USA. Unfortunately, I wasn't. They said they can't sponsor a visa for professional workers and so my interview was canceled.
