Firstly they invite you for the on the job test on the street, and if you pass that they send you immediately to the office for another round with the manager of the whole department.

first, there is a phone call, where you answer basic questions, after passing this step, you're invited for a trial day. After the trial, you're hired. I liked that they gave feedback for potential employees. Overall the experience is great
