I have been invited to a written exam. After the exam, it has been 3 months. However, I have not been contacted after that. I sent them an email asking about the procedure after the exam. No answer. I learnt that somebody who had taken the exam with me has been invited to the interview and he did not hear about it after the interview for a month. I do not find it ethical. If a candidate cannot make it to further, they need to know that.

A panel interview with different people from HR and the senior team. Interview took place more than one month after technical exam. The interview was conducted virtually by a panel, and last about one hour
