easy. The panel was friendly. I felt though, that I was being unprepared. 4 people were on the panel all from different sections. All took turns to ask why I wanted the job
For both the staff and unv positions, i applied for the interviews were competency based focusing on examples of work experience. The questions seem easy but the interviewers are looking details and achievements
