Very outdated HR processes. - There was no initial HR call to discuss the position, requirements, offering.. Just a straight email with a task to complete. - The presentation task was demanding, and I received a feedback on my application only after many months. I was disappointed to see that apparently time of candidates is not valued. I was let down by these processes and by managers attitude.
