We had to send our CVs and then answer an online test within two hours.
It was fun though, if you're into what the company is into. Be sure to be up-to-date with the current developments of the company.
The interview was scheduled 3 weeks after the closing date and was immediately sent an assignment. The assignment, difficulty, and amount of time given to it was fair. I got accepted within one week after submitting it.

I applied online and received an email about interviewing a few weeks later. I had one 20 minute interview with a few questions about, why do you want to work in the UNDP ect.
