Lots of emphasis is taken on certifications. Teamwork and communication skills are key components to a successful interview. Often times, interviews will involve technical staff who will 'test' candidates, so be prepared. Try to impress, but don't be snobby about it. This is a non-profit medical institution and as such the primary focus is providing patient care.
