Interview process was swift and thorough. There was great communication throughout the process from their internal recruiter. The entire process from application to offer took about 3 weeks. They were also worked with me on the start date so I was able to work out a 3 week notice with my previous employer.

Ghosted post interview!
I’ve applied in January to a role, had two interviews in February and then never heard from them again. I’ve sent emails asking for feedback or if I am still being considered but have been completely ghosted.
Very demotivating from such a reputable company on paper.
Sending an email is not that much, whether it’s to reject a candidate or tell them there are delays. Ghosting from both hiring manager and talent acquisition is disrespectful.

Standard interview questions, like why are you applying, what does this role mean to you, talking about successes and failures.
Screening call from Hungarian recruiter (Randstad), then 3 x 30min interviews, 1st with with hiring manager, 2nd with HR and last with colleague of hiring manager. 3-4 other candidates made it to interviews. 2 weeks wait before final feedback.
