It is a little wired to talk about this interview right now. It happened 3 years ago. The hiring manager just asked a few questions about teaching experience. If you are a graduate student, there is no problem that you can do TA. And your English should be understandable.

hard to get in. need constant follow up, else everyone is super nice. if working in science department need background in it. else everything seems easy, the student are descent and understanding

They made me take an exam which shows your ability to explain and do the coursework in the course you are applying for. Then the real interview comes and its like any other interview.
