it was a quick process, went in for an initial interview, lasted about 30 minutes with 2 people. Everything went smooth and they made the process super quick. I got an email a day later for a job offer and accepted it right there and then. Started training/working the next day. Overall a good experience.

Why are you interested in the job and how will it help you in your career goals?
It's a ok interview. They want to know what you can do and why they should hire you. They may challenge you for some topics that you wrote on your CV. But as long you can explain it well, they will be ok.
Talking with the PI where there was a series of questions. Including research interest and how it aligns with the lab. Additionally, they were well understanding that most of us are students and arranged time accordingly with our schedule classes.
