Applied through online campus portal. The interview was scheduled by an advisor, and I was slated for 3 interviews. I was not allowed to choose my desired position, they would be assessing best fit. I interviewed with the real estate, corporates, and leveraged finance teams. The interviews were short (less than 30 minutes a piece) and were fairly behavioral. The back half of the interview was a presentation on a credit (sort of a pitch).
