Filled in the online applications and completed the online test. A month later, they had me informed that I got into the assessment centre. I had to re-do my numerical test and another job relevant test and had an interview with my line manager and one portfolio manager who I worked with during my internship. But I believe they now changed the assessment centre to the more common format including group work and presentation.
