Cognitive assessment varies according to the role you have applied for, it can either be a verbal reasoning test or a numerical reasoning test.
There is also a inductive reasoning test that analyses your common sense and logical thinking.

Short, behavioural interview for an entry role. No technical questions asked. Single round of interview, given the position. Nothing else, just hitting the minimum word limit here - it’s not that complicated.
