I applied online and received a email request to chose a date for the inhouse interview. The interview shall last at the most 90 minutes and there are 2 rounds of interviews. Firstly, with two directors and secondly, with a HR. The first round was a presentation about telling yourself, telling them about your cv, your strengths and your weaknesses, your hobbies. Besides, the two directors tell you about the tax department, why they need a trainee for their department and they go about the job description in german. Second round of the interview was to tell to the HR about the job description in english.
