Online application, followed by submitting an online assessment test. Consists of Inductive Reasoning, Numerical Reasoning & UBS Culture Match to check if my values match theirs. Best way to excel is practise their Reasoning tests extensively & know their values.

1st round: pre-recorded video interview 2nd round: interview via Microsoft teams (general questions about motivation; understanding of sales, structuring and trading; current topics influencing financial markets; basic figures (where are the 10y treasury yields right now?) be aware that the interviewer might be a different person than the one mentioned in the email 3rd round: more personal fit questions and motivational again
