In person interview in the store. The interviewer did not ask a lot of questions but he was nice and explained the position in great detail. And he said he would call either way, which was nice.

I applied online on a Friday and was scheduled a face to face interview the following Monday. After the interview I was notified that after submitting my application to the company I may receive a call in the near future with their decision.
