Applied online, took the CBPO exam, then moved on to medical and PFT before the interview. The wait until the interview took about five months. The polygraph is the real "killer" due to its high fail rate. However, the interview itself is very easy.

The ask situational questions to see how you would respond or react to a given scenario.
The interview was all straight forward scenario questions. They ask you how you would react and there was no limit to how many times you could ask them to repeat the question.

Formal 3 person panel with life experience and scenario based questions. The panel also asked various hypothetical scenario questions regarding your integrity, maturity and decision making.
Glassdoor is asking way too much in regards to this question. I can not give the answers to the test but just what types of questions that are asked.
