Interview was detailed. There were standard interview questions to break the ice, however the specific and niche questions provided good insight into what the job would be relating to. My interview slowly progressed into a discussion about the work environment and what they are looking for in a new hire.

First round phone interview, then a second final round virtual interview with a different person. Both were very laid back and conversational. They did not involve any technical questions, just basic behaviorals.
