The interview process was less than difficult. I was contacted by a recruiter and interviewed. Then, they set up an interview with a supervisor and manager of the department. They contacted me within a couple weeks and offered me the position.

Basic questions were asked..."tell me about a time when you had a challenging situation, what was the challenge, what did you do, and what was the outcome?" Two pages of questions just like that.

The interview was comprehensive, focusing on behavioral scenarios and past professional experiences. It featured standard inquiries regarding work history, with a well-paced structure that allowed for thorough responses. I appreciated the thorough nature of the interview today. The behavioral and experience-based questions were insightful, and the allocated time for each response allowed for a meaningful discussion."
From start to finish it was an easy process. Recruiter communication came in the form of an email with options for interview. Interview took about 45 mins. Questions were more behavioral then general. Hiring manager did a good job in staying engaged.

written test followed by first interview and the second interview and third peesonal interview. ten questions devided into Hr techincial.and soft skills excel test also. three to four people in the panel and it was online with follow up questions
