The first interview was in person, so there was no initial phone interview. A week or two later I had a phone interview as the final interview with the regional director, which was interesting since most other interview experiences the phone and in-person have been flipped. About a month later I heard back with an offer. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and they were very informative and helpful in their communication. There was a short personality quiz which I found pretty odd, and I'm not sure how they use it in the selection process.

I had to take a skills review exam which took longer than expected but it wasn't too hard.
Very easy and everyone was nice throughout the process. They joined on time and seemed engaged throughout. Would’ve loved an opportunity but still grateful for an interview. I only did the first behavioral.

Went great, they were forward and honest with all questions and how the role was very much an introduction to the bank, not where you’d find yourself forever. Was to be viewed as a launching platform for where you want to go in the future

Very focussed on culture and behavioral questions, know US Bank culture and why you wnat to work at the bank. Interviewer was friendly and easygoing, and the process was straightforward
