Pretty Standard interview process. The interview process is pretty much what you would expect from this type of job. Nothing in particular about the interviews process stood out or was out of the ordinary. It is pretty much standard.

Entrevista
Went to a group interview first, we did a group activity as our first activity. Next we did roleplaying and the interview asked us to sell him something imaginary item from a type of store. After that we met 1 on 1. A few days later the branch manager for the job I applied to called me and I met with her. After meeting with her she said I would be going through a phone interview about a week later. After the phone interview the branch manager called me and said I was hired! Whoo!

Entrevista
I submitted my application online through their website. I received a call a week later from one of the recruiters, she did a phone interview and asked me about my previous job and experience, and why I wanted to work for them. Another week later I got a called from the branch manager to go interview, so I went the next day and he asked me a few other interview questions, more detailed. It seem like he liked my answers and I felt very confident, due to my previous job which was a lot similar to what I was applying for. He said they would let know if they would give me and offer by the end of the week. I went home and about 2 hours later I received a call with an offer. I'm just waiting for my start date.
