Submitted my resume on a Monday, had an email from recruiter Tuesday morning, initial interview to review qualifications that afternoon. Wednesday had the interview with hiring manager who was curious about a lot of the soft skills required to lead. Thursday I had 3rd interview with hiring managers peer and received job offer 15 minutes after our phone call.
