I loved my interviews. Having central U.S. Bank approve my employment was a pain. It should be souly on what the Managers believe they need and how would fit with U.S. Bank overall. The wait for the okay was a bit annoying.

You have a phone interview, you meet with the branch manager, and then you meet with the district manager for the final. Once the district manager likes you you'll receive a call from Human Resources extending you the offer and they don't negotiate
