Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 5 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en U.S. Bank (Jacksonville, FL) en nov 2016
Entrevista
Contacted by HR and had a phone screening interview. Invited for an in-person with 4 different people, 2 at a time. Interview wasn't too difficult. I'm not sure it was a job I wanted and did have specific credit card/prepaid card experience, which they said wasn't necessary. I'd have taken it because I needed a job and had been laid off quite a while before. I did follow-up with a thank you note. I never heard back again. It'd be nice to know you didn't get something. This has happened to me before with US Bank, so my expectations were low anyway.

Tell me about a time when you had to handle a difficult situation?
Tell me about a time when you made a mistake?
Where do you see yourself in 5 years? If working here.
Long, drawn out, no communication from HR or the hiring manager on status or feedback following panel interview. It ended up being awkward with people I deal with on a daily basis.

Formalized process, not too many rounds, recruiter was prompt in responding to me. Pretty standard, recruiter call, HM call, team interviews, and then possible offer. No crazy take home assignments or excessive interview rounds.

I interviewed with them 8 years ago. I recommend them as an employer, however they are going through a lot of changes right now and I am not sure how it will impact their future.
