Applied online through US Bank website. Received phone call the next day by hiring manager, and was asked basic questions about the job. Had an in person interview later that week, and was asked typical situational questions as well as why I wanted to work their. After that, received a second interview that was a phone interview with the regional manager. Received and accepted offer later in the week.

There were three interviews and the process took about three weeks from the first interview to the offer. They really get into the financial statements and make sure that you understand them as well as the various liquidity and solvency rations.

Typical 1st round interview. 30 minute phone interview, basic accounting questions, and an introduction to the position, along with it's salary, expectations, and benefits from a U.S. bank recruiter. Very friendly interview with good communication throughout the process.

Entrevista
Both the first and second interviews were felt very comfortable. Both women asked a variety of questions both personal and technical. For someone just entering back into the workforce after nearly a decade, it was refreshing. It was also nice seeing two women conducting interviews.
