4 steps: 2 first calls with the same person, 1 call with a peer, 1 call with 3 peers.
the whole process was focused on what I have/haven't done, exclusively. not a single question about what I would/n't have done nor about my potential. very narrow view of hiring, and I wonder if this is how they evaluate their employees too when it comes to promotions or even horizontal moves.. they all seem to be under loads of pressure, the interviewers kept interrupting each other and it was very chaotic. couldn't imagine those people working together, even less I could imagine me working with them.

While being 100% remote, the interviewing process was really smooth. The expectations were well managed and the next steps and follow-ups were always very clear. The process starts with a Talent / Cultural Interview, then you should go on challenge / technical conversation and finishing with the Hiring Manager.
