It was very casual as the director and I sat down and he asked me about myself and my experience. He was very kind and showed immense care for the business and the students, ensuring the tutors he hired are experienced enough and passionate about helping. I have not received an offer yet as I just did the interview and he said he would get back to me.

The interview process was pretty chill. They just asked about previous experience, and they have a standard test for all tutors. Overall the process took about a week and a half.

The interview was almosy an hour an it was pretty easy. its more like a fun conversation talking about the past experience and some question about the availibility and what subject am I comfortable teaching
