The tests themselves are not too difficult, just make sure that review is done beforehand to make sure you know your stuff. The test must be passed with a certain percentage to move on to the next step. The next phase is to schedule a mock tutoring session, which is where a current tutor poses as a student, and asks for help with a question that you will most likely see in a tutoring session for you given subject. As long as you are fairly decent with technology, mastery in your chosen subject, and use the wealth of resources that are given to you, things should go pretty smoothly.
