Phone interview to begin with, followed by a written task / presentation . A third interview was with a compentency based questions in person in the office, including a bit of an office tour. Fourth interview with SVP based out in the US. 4 stage interview for a manager level role seemed a bit intense. Lots of questions asked about ideas, problem solving etc. Came off rather stand offish. I ended up asking for more compensation after the offer because it did not align with their expectations, they pulled the offer in a very rude way. Ran for the hills and dodged a bullet with this one!
