The interview process was very smooth; Turo's recruiting and coordination teams have obviously put a lot of thought into how to create a good, respectful interview experience. They worked with my schedule, made it clear what to expect at each stage, and followed up with me afterwards to see how I felt, if I had any questions, etc. They were very understanding and compassionate when I had to reschedule due to a family emergency.
