I applied online. During the video call, they asked a few questions about my background and why I wanted to work for Turo. They gave me a take-home test with 2 questions, and I presented my answers at the on-site interview. I met with 3 people, and they all asked interesting questions and were friendly. Overall, the process was fine and they communicated well.
